A BART officer shoots a man in the back who is on his stomach, being handcuffed by other officers. Obviously enough, something needs to be done with that officer.
And, I can understand citizens telling the police community in no uncertain terms that we aren't to be used for target practice.
My question is, why aren't these people raising hell against the criminals whose drive-by shootings kill innocent, promising, well-behaved children? Why destroy the property of people and businesses who are probably on your side? Seems to me like there's more gang killings than cops who react poorly under stress.
