On the other hand, rajman1977 says he saw this one flying over his fiance's house in Capitola, California a few weeks ago. Adding intrigue to the issue is the mention of a similar object seen over Lake Tahoe by a different person.
A seemingly knowledgeable scribe involved in the Flickr discussion says it could be using ion propulsion. My contribution: It takes 30,000 volts for ion propulsion lifter to pick up just a few grams. I'm going with some sort of computer graphics, created with high dynamic range rendering.
