Molteni's were manufactured for professional kitchens for most of the past 80 years. In recent times, the company expanded to the home market. The stove can be manufactured according to the customers specifications for optional items such as a pasta cooker, fry well, oven and number of burners.
The Molteni Podium allows easy reach for wok or grill cooking, a mirror polished refrigerated well and sink, mixer tap, two refrigerated drawers and two storage drawers.
Roughly 8x3 feet, the base unit sells for about $89,000.
