UFO has been retitled as UAP, Unidentified Aerial Phenomena. "Whyzzat?" you say. Well, to distance itself from us quacks here on the ground.

3,400 pilots have reported UAP's; the most interesting ones have affected flight controls, hence, the study. The chief researcher is Dr. Richard Haines, retired from working the aerospace human factor angle for 37 years at Raytheon and NASA. The credentials and effort are respected enough to have a nodding circumspect relationship with the NTSB and FAA.
