When it comes to standing up on your own two feet and making money, you can't beat the Republicans. It's what the political platform is all about.

Yessir, keep government out of the way and let those businesses go at it. The market needs to be free to take care of itself.

In that light, it seems contradictory for Bush's administration to spend billions of federal dollars to prop up companies, even if it is make-believe money.

So, howzat working for us?

Should there be some limits on how business is conducted? Was anyone smart enough to put on the brakes years ago?.

How many of us remember the good 'ol days, with President Clinton, righteous indignation about blowjobs and a smooth running economy?
